I’ve been waiting for this moment for 3 years. The Famous Dave’s restaurant moment!

It’s the restaurant with the best ribs in the world. I bet no 3* Chef can do better than this, in my books.

Imagine this: a full rack of the most tender meat you have ever put in your mouth, smoked for at least 4 hours and then dipped in a special secret recepie sauce while they sit in a wood fire owen, next to the tastiest wedges your tongue has ever felt.

Damn! It just drips in my mouth while I write this. And I had to wait 3 years just for another run at it…

Priceless.
